STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Stage :1

Preliminary Survey

Walk through Survey for all the systems. Evaluating system performance through records (log books, services reports, break-down reports etc.)

Stage: 2


Client brief

Gathering specific information on operation and maintenance schedules and needs and expectations alongwith cost and time specifications.

Stage: 3

Detailed Study of System and Equipment


Analyzing system capability and operating parameters as per contract and operation trends.

Stage: 4

Developing Operation Strategy

Developing an operation strategy based on findings of study and obtaining approval from the client.

Stage: 5

Selection of the Operations team and briefing

After approval of the operation strategy, selection of the team and the organization structure and acclimatizing staff on the operating issues and the site conditions.

Stage : 6

Inventory Management & OEM co-ordination

To develop a list of critical and non-critical spares and co-ordinate with OEM for assured supply on fixed time and price basis, including AMC.

Stage : 7

Development of KPI & Time Study

Development of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Time Study for internal and external performance appraisal.

Stage : 8

Develop SOPs for all Maintenance activities

To create Standard Operationg Procedures (SOPs) for all day to day maintenance, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance and break down maintenance. Sops would also be created for indenting, OEM co-ordination, audits, safety checks etc.

Stage: 9


Evaluation of System Performance and Recommendation

To be carried out on the sixth month from the date of startup of the operation for consultative recommendation on Upgradation, retrofit, odification if required.

Stage: 10

Energy Audit & Safety Audit

To carry out an Energy Audit on the 12th month from the date of startup of the operation for recommendation on optimization of energy operatng cost. Safety audit to be done to evaluate standards and implementing necessary changes in systems and procedures accordingly.
